12.5. Any information received by the Client from the Company or third parties, whether written, verbal, or published on the Company’s website, may be used only for fulfilling this Agreement and its annexes.
The Client may not distribute, store, distort, or misuse such information.
12.6. By registering on the Company’s website and intending to enter into this Agreement, the Client provides personal data to the Company and consents to its processing by the Company and its partners.
Processing may be performed with or without automated tools. The purposes of processing include fulfilling this Agreement, advertising, marketing, information campaigns, mailings, promotion notifications, event notifications, and other purposes determined by the Company.
Processing actions may include collection, receipt, recording, systematization, storage, clarification, updating, extraction, use, transfer, distribution, access, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, and cross-border transfer of personal data.
The Client gives consent for 75 years or until the end of the legally required storage period at the Company’s place of registration. Consent remains valid until withdrawn by the Client under the Company’s Privacy Policy.
The Company processes personal data according to confidentiality and security principles, except where applicable law or force majeure provides otherwise.
12.7. The Client may not assign rights or obligations under this Agreement to third parties without Company consent. The Client may submit such a proposal to the Company, and the Company may consider it.
Any assignment made without Company consent is invalid.
12.8. The Company may transfer its rights, claims, or part of them under this Agreement to a third party at any time.
The third party must comply with this Agreement and its annexes. Assignment by the Company does not require prior notice to the Client and is considered complete once such information is displayed on the Company’s website.
12.9. If any provision of this Agreement or its annexes conflicts with applicable law and is declared invalid by a competent court, that provision will be treated separately and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
12.10. If a situation is not regulated by this Agreement or its annexes, the Company will act according to generally accepted business practices and principles of honesty and fairness.
12.11. This Agreement and its annexes may be published in different languages. If there is any conflict between versions, the English version will prevail.
12.12. The text of the Agreement published on the Company’s website has priority over versions published on other resources.
